| God still uses Keith's music | | This evening I was reflecting on the things God has been doing in my life over the past year, which has been a tough but growing time. I pulled out a couple CDs of Keith's music and started listening as I was praying, reading the Bible and writing in my journal. I still find God speaks to me so clearly through these songs, just as He used them when I was a teen.
As a teen I listened to Keith on the vinyl records and subscribed to the Last Days Newsletters. (I still have both the records and magazines.) They were influencial in my spiritual development then, and still are now. (I still remember hearing about the plane crash on my 18th birthday.)
Thank you for the role Keith and your ministry have had on my life. I am now a husband and father of three, a high school teacher and lay leader in my church. God still is working as I learn to trust and obey in new ways each day. And even now in 2009 God uses Keith's music in my life!

I totally agree with what Don said! :) I'm not even an adult yet, but I really love Keith Green's music! It really speaks to me in a way that no other music would ever be able too!!
| I can witness of that. His music started a fire in my heart that's gettin' hotter and hotter.
Everytime I play one of his songs on the piano I see new messages, although I play his songs more than one and a half years now, almost every day.
Haha once my neighbors told me that even their vísitors heard The Sheep and The Goats too often xD
Also, when I preach I often quote Keith & Melody's songs!
So yes, God still uses Keith & Melody's music!
| Yes God still uses Keith's music and ministry, the music and the message in and between the songs of Keith have reached me so many times learning to know Keith in the nineties.. I gave His music also to my brother and his wife, they also are touched by the Keith Green CD's... I am from The Netherlands and a Dutch christian artist called Martin Brand did also a CD of Keith Green songs translated in the Dutch language, he also did a tour with these Keith Green songs through our country last year.. But listen to this, he shall be the speaker on the EO Jongerendag (means EO Youthday), a big event to reach the youth of The Netherlands with the gospel.. a week before he shall speak there he had a serious hard atack, his heart stopt.. Martin's wife did reanimation, saved his life in a miracle, in hospital they held him in a coma, he waked up 2 days later, knew his family.. He could not speak on the EO Youthday, but they filmed him from Hispital, and showed a great testimony of faith from him in his hospital bed on the EO Youthday.. This man who did a alum of Keith Green covers in the Dutch language is also a very dedicated and radical man of faith.. The devil never wins, his heart stood still, he could not speak on the EO Youthday what his biggest joy would have been, but his short testimony from his hospital bed was stronger than any thing else, God did win.. Martin Brand is 32 years of age, and his life changed in his early twenties when someone gave him a CD with the music of Keith Green.. so yes Keith Green's music still changes lives, thank God for the ministry and music of Keith Green, his legacy is still going strong!!!
| What I forget to ask is this..
Will you all pray for Martin Brand (who's life was changed by the music of Keith Green).
He is still in the hospital, the miracle is that he survived from a heart who stood still, it looks so much better already..
He covered a album of Keith Green songs last year translated in the Dutch language, did a tour, this man of strong faith would be a speaker on the biggest christian youth event in The Netherlands, but had this heart attack a week before..
His testimony on film that Youthday from His hispital bed was so powerfull..
But my question to you all is this will you all pray for Martin Brand, who's life was changed by Keith's music, that he will heal completely, and that he will can go out again to serve the Lord, and share the gospel "to anyone who has ears to hear"
