I'm really happy to hear about Melody again and to know the wonderful news about the movie. My husband and I always had you Melody and Keith as models of christians and faithful servants of the lord.As a christian singer myself and my husband a songwriter and musician, Keith Green had a big impact on our ministry.May the Lord anoint this movie and touch the lives of many as Keith would have wanted. He always wanted glory not for himself but for Jesus and these are certainly last days.
God bless you Melody and thank you for your example of a Christian women who has gone through much pain and has been faithful to Jesus! I hope your daughters are well (We prayed for your baby Hope when she was going to be born).

Jim and I will be praying about the movie and for Joel as he writes it. I do hope that you are allowed to share some of your writing skills. That is a gift that God has given to you. This movie will mean the world to us! God bless you, friend!

I always testify that my life was saved through the death of three man.
One was the man who gave me life in the first place, here on earth. My father, who unexpectedly died early 1984. A man of God, whose sudden death really shook up my life in a massive way...
The second man was Keith, whose music I got to know through the Memorial Concerts which were given in the UK in summer of 1984. His impacting musical message really got hold of me, while now mourning two great men in my life.

The third Man gave me real Life eternal - Jesus my Saviour, haMessiach.
That year, 1984, has been a crucial year in my life - forming a solid Base for the rest of it. Keith's role has been great, till this very day.

This summer I will be speaking in our church and dedicate one service to the life of Keith Green. Not as an adoration to the man, but as a huge adoration to the Man, who loved us so much...

God bless you & Shalom, Hans (Holland)

SO EXCITED!!! I have read No Compromise, listened to Keith's/Melody's songs and watched the Documentary DVD(narrated by Toby Mac) over and over. The music is still as powerful as it gets!
I will be praying. I am a screenwriter and am amazed that a film is being made. Praise God!
Suggestions(just trying to help not hinder):
That the screenwriter's watch that DVD over and over again. It's really awesome!
That Keith be represented/portrayed not as aloof or super-serious but (from what I can tell) approachable, real, very funny and when talking about God then that serious side.
Also being that Keith is Jewish incorporate that into the screenplay that perhaps wasn't developed in the book or on the DVD documentary. I can see how God is timing the release with what I see is the intention of reaching out to Jewish kids. Keith was super-cool and I could see God using the film to bring in a harvest of Jewish souls. Praise God!
That's it! If you need help with anything(extras, marketing, etc.) I can be reached at www.shoutlife.com/trustjesus God bless! Daniel Costa (Guest) (06/23/2010 13:18) Early on, after my conversion in a fluffy church, one that promoted name it
and claim it doctrine and portraying God as our spiritual Santa Claus I heard Keith's music. Along with a remnant of a few other faithful men of God, Keith's music had muscle and substance. The very words of his song's
made up some of the best convicting and challenging sermons that I heard. Not only that but the Spirit of God was evidently present in his words and music. My life as a believer started to be challenged and my faith put to the test. "I was going to live for Jesus and the gospel", and it was all or
nothing. I have to admit change has been difficult and slow for me but the difference that Keith's life sermon has made for me is walking on the narrow road that leads to Life and living a life that is true and devoted to Christ Jesus! I loved Keith though I never met him. Although in 1982
my wife and I signed up for hospitality for the Philadelphia Crusade that
was to be in September and I would have been picking up Keith and Melody
at the airport. But as we know,July preceeds September. I will now see
him then in glory with our great Redeemer! thanks Keith for showing us
what it really means to follow Him!

Barry (Guest) (06/25/2010 12:55) I was saved in Oct. of 1982, just 3 months after Keith's tragic death. I was saved in an on fire church that preached the gospel and Keith's music just fit right in! I was only 24 at the time....now I'm 52 and in minisrty. Keith's music seems to resonate not just in my life but in the lives of many around the world. His music was kind of a sound track for the years I like to call "post longest dream" period of my life. It was just that "Like waking up from the longest dream" Can't wait to see the movie....but better than that...I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE JESUS IN HEAVEN WITH MY BRO kEITH!

I've been blessed by your's and Keith's ministries over many years and was priveleged to see Keith sing in Roseburg, OR when I was in my 20's. I was one of those rebellious preacher's kids who really was challenged by the message in Keith's songs. I have just read No Compromise and it was a great encouragement to me. I want to thank you, Melody, for working in the pro-life movement as you were the first one I'd ever heard of who was actually doing something to share the message of the sanctity of human life. Unfortunately, I was one of those who made the wrong choice and chose abortion in 1975 and it had a great, negative impact on my life until I found healing through a Bible study for post-abortive women. I have taught that Bible study and recovery ministry to many groups of women since then for nearly 15 years and it's been a great blessing to see what God has done in many lives! I look forward to meeting you one day, whether here on earth or in Heaven and personally thank you for all you've done! ( Page 4 of 5. Page 1 Page 2 Page 3 Page 5)
