The following conditions of sale apply for customers purchasing items from this web site, in addition to the Terms of Use of this web site.

Making a Purchase

We accept American Express, Visa, Discover and Mastercard.

Your card will be billed as Last Days Ministries.


When you submit your order online, we will email you a confirmation of receipt with an order number.  This number should be saved and used in any correspondence. If we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason we will contact you. Your credit card will only be billed for items shipped.


California Sales Tax

For orders of taxable items shipped in the state of California a 8.75%  Sales Tax is charged to your order, including shipping and handling.

Delivery Policy

Orders are generally shipped within 1-5 business days from the time your order is placed.

Shipping and handling rates are dependent on what you buy and where the items are to be sent. You will be notified of the cost of shipping during the checkout process. 

FAX & Mail in orders

Print out your order from the shopping cart (Don't hit submit). Be sure and include shipping charges as calculated from our website.

You can fax your order (toll free) with credit card number/expiration date with your signature to: 1-877-228-9536.  U.S. Orders only.

Back Orders

Occasionally, we may run out of stock of the item requested.  If this should happen, we will ship the remaining portion of your order according to our regular shipping practices and we will notify you of the backorder as indicated by your shipment acknowledgment email.  Your credit card will be billed only for the items that are being shipped and the shipping that you selected at the time that the order was placed. 

Once the backordered item is in stock, we will bill the item to your credit card and ship it to you immediately at not additional cost.  However, if you require that the item be shipped via 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air, we will require that you pay the costs of the expedited shipping. 

Returns Policy

LDM appreciates your business and wants you to be pleased with the products that you purchase from us!  In the event you are unhappy with your merchandise once you receive it, we will be happy to offer you a refund or merchandise credit (less shipping).  Returns must contain a copy of your invoice/receipt.

Full refund or credit (less shipping) will be issued for merchandise returned within 30 days.  Please note that refunds can take 4-6 weeks to process.  Refunds will not be issued for merchandise returned after 30 days.

Returned merchandise must be in original unused condition.  No credit or refund will be issued for items that you have used and/or damaged.  Unacceptable merchandise will be returned to you with an explanation and your credit card will be billed for the cost of shipping.

Compact discs and DVD's may be returned if unopened.  If you receive a compact disc or DVD that is defective, it may be exchanged for the same title only.  Please note that some of our CD's and DVD's are CD-R's and DVD-R's which are not readable on all players/computers.

NOTE:  Original and return shipping costs will not be refunded.  We cannot return nonqualifying items to you.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrectly shipped Items
If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please notify us at lastdaysministries.mail@gmai.com and we will replace or refund your order right away.

International Orders

When ordering goods from us for delivery outside of this country you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Additionally, please note that when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

We also cannot guarantee condition of goods when delivered.  We will do our best to pack all items well, but sometimes cannot avoid things like cracked CD cases.  Lastly, we hold the right to refuse shipment to any country.

 

Credit Card Security

We take every precaution to ensure the protection of your information.  When your order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

How do you know your browser is in secure mode?
Any browser in secure mode will display a site address beginning "https://" rather than the standard "http://".  When you see the "s," you know your browser is in secure mode.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us, so we do everything possible to protect any information provided to us online.  The following policies are meant to help you enjoy the time you spend here.

Last Days Ministries is the sole owner of the information collected on this site.  We will never sell, share, or rent your information to others.

We use IP addresses to administer our site, track user movement and gather demographic information for aggregate use.  IP addresses are not linked to identifiable information about you.

Our website may contain links to other sites.  We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites.  For this reason, we recommend that you read the privacy statements of each website that collects identifiable information.

Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to our web site, policies, and these Conditions of Sale at any time. You will be subject to the policies and Conditions of Conditions of Sale in force at the time that you use the website or that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Events beyond our reasonable control

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

Waiver

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California and the United States. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the California and/or U.S. courts.
